This is my very first blog. How exciting! It presents itself with both excitement and worry. Worry about what should I write and hopes that it will be worth someone's time to read. But also excitement for something new and a way to share the beautiful things I see in the world. The title alone gives a hint to what I anticipate writing in this blog. My anticipation is to write about my walk with the Lord. I want to walk alongside the Lord throughout my life and my decisions, be able to be still and listen to what He wants me to hear and even see, and to love Him because of all that he has done for me.
The Lord has such big plans for our lives....so it is definitely an exciting thing to be able to share them with one another. I am eagerly awaiting the Lord's direction in life, given that I am one semester away from graduating college. Such a crazy time in life but it is also an empowering time. I am excited about what the world has to offer me and where the Lord will guide me. I am trusting fully in his direction and faithfulness to me. He never fails. Ever. I just have to be listening and willing to take His direction.
"Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun."
